ԳՈՒՅՔ ԱՄՐԱՑՆԵԼՈՒ ՄԱՍԻՆ
Ղեկավարվելով «Պետական կառավարչական հիմնարկների մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 4-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը որոշում է.
1. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ու Վերակառուցման և զարգացման միջազգային բանկի միջև կնքված «Էլ.-հասարակության և մրցունակության համար նորարարության ծրագիր» N 7963-AM վարկային համաձայնագրի շրջանակում ձեռք բերված սարքավորումները՝ համաձայն հավելվածի, ամրացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանն առընթեր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանությանը:
2. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանն առընթեր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության պետին` սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո մեկամսյա ժամկետում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով ապահովել սույն որոշմամբ ամրացվող գույքի հանձնման-ընդունման աշխատանքների կատարումը:
