Adopted on 3 July 2025
ON MAKING AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW "ON THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA"
Article 1. In Article 7.1 of Law HO-69 of 30 June 1996 "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia", the words "State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with the words " Commission for the Protection of Competition and Consumer Interests" in the respective case forms.
Article 2. This Law shall enter into force on 1 August 2025.
